个人简介:

2020年从哈尔滨医科大学加入南开大学37000cm威尼斯。曾任哈尔滨医科大学药学院教授。美国波士顿大学医学中心和美国佐治亚州立大学博士后研究员。研究方向集中在心血管疾病机制,脂肪肝代谢及机制研究。科研成果发表专业期刊论文近30篇。研究期间主持参与包括国家自然科学基金等10余项科研项目。


学术专长:

科研方向为心血管药理,主要为肺高血压发病机制及早期诊断和治疗靶点的确定;心血管疾病(包括糖尿病、败血症、脂肪肝)血管的调节机制研究及疾病发病的分子机制研究。利用小鼠/细胞模型,结合分子生物学、细胞生物学、病理学、电生理学、光遗传学等技术进行体内/体外研究,探索包括肺动脉高压、糖尿病、酒精肝和败血症休克等心血管疾病的分子发病机制。迄今已确立了许多与肺动脉高压血管收缩异常及重构相关的重要分子靶点,并揭示了离子通道调节糖尿病发病的分子机制,目前开展了以环状RNA为主的非编码RNA参与调节疾病的研究,并取得显著成果。
